Knitting in hazardous conditions...

...and by hazardous conditions, I mean amidst a rambunctious toddler.

Seriously, if stay at home Mom was an Army MOS, we'd get hazardous duty pay.  My sons name is Parker, he's a little over 20 months old, and he's the most amazing thing on the planet.

See?  Absolutely adorable.  Of course you can also see where he gets his good looks from.  His Daddy, the love of my life, is pretty fun to look at himself.

In knitting news, when Parker isn't trying to unravel things or run off with my needles, I've been working on a pattern.  It is a hooded cardigan for a toddler.  I'm using Knit Picks Felici Sport, so it's self striping.  The color-way I'm using is Chimney.  It's red, and different shades of gray, I love it.  I'm knitting the back and fronts in one piece, so it will be seamless.  It's from the bottom up, and I'm about 5 inches in right now.  It's going to be awesome!
